• TikTok open_id, avatar, display_name
• TikTok access tokens (encrypted, never shared)
• TikTok post metrics (views, likes, comments, shares)
• Basic usage analytics (IP address, browser info, visit times)

We use this data to provide, improve, and secure our services, and to enable TikTok features as described in our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

• You must comply with TikTok Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.
• You grant Tandem Media LLC permission to upload content to TikTok on your behalf.
• You are responsible for the content you create and post using our service.

TikTok Data & Permissions

• We access your TikTok data only with your explicit consent via TikTok's OAuth process.
• You may revoke our access at any time via TikTok or by contacting us.
• To delete your TikTok data, see our Privacy Policy or click the "Delete Account" button in your dashboard. We erase all tokens, captions, and posts within 30 days of your request.

Payment & Refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles all PCI compliance and payment security.
• Refunds are allowed within 7 days of purchase. Contact privacy@tandemedia.pro for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tandem Media LLC and its contributors.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Tandem Media LLC and its contributors disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Tandem Media LLC or its contributors be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
